A Discrepancy Report can be submitted by completing the form below. This form is for customers or partners providing service on behalf of end-customers who have purchased FuzionTek products from an authorized partner.
After the Discrepancy Report is received, FuzionTek Technical Support will review the details, determine if a return is indeed necessary and respond with an RMA number and instructions for returning the product. Please note that based on the findings of the discrepancy report, your return may be subject to a restocking fee.
